New Year's Day Open Water Swim
Start your year with a burst of energy and a real sense of achievement by joining our New Year’s Day Open Water Swim at Bewl Water. If you are feeling brave, this is your invitation to take the plunge and experience one of the most refreshing new years day activities in Kent.
Set against our peaceful reservoir and scenic countryside, this event is the perfect way to welcome the year with clarity, courage and community spirit.

Whether you are a seasoned swimmer or trying open water swimming in Kent for the first time, our New Year’s Day session offers a safe and supported environment. Our experienced team will be on hand to guide swimmers, maintain safety measures and create a welcoming experience for all.
*Please note, the minimum age is 14 years old. Anyone under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult on the water.
** Tow Floats and brightly coloured swim caps are mandatory. You must bring your own, or hire a tow float in advance through our booking system. (Pease note, we only have a limited number of tow floats available for hire)
