The 2026 Camping Season at Bewl Water opens on Friday 1st May 2026 — ideal for families, couples, and anyone wanting a proper break outdoors in the Kent countryside.
Bewl Water offers 80 spacious camping pitches across three zones, with options for tents and campervans/motorhomes (up to 7m):
- Zone A — tent-only pitches (approx. 8m x 12m) with parking in the adjacent camping car park.
- Zone B — pitches for campervans, trailer tents, roof tents and motorhomes (up to 7m), with on-pitch parking (pitches are on a slight hill, so chocks are recommended).
- Zone C — tent-only pitches (approx. 8m x 10m) with drop-off only and parking in the adjacent camping car park.
Facilities are designed to keep your stay comfortable, including hot showers and toilets, fresh water taps, and washing-up stations with hot water. For food and drink, you can visit the Waterfront Café and Ice Cream Parlour, with Pizza Nights every Friday and Saturday (5–8pm) at The Boat House.
Camping is dog-friendly (for well-behaved, quiet dogs). Please note there are no electricity hook-ups, and open campfires are not permitted. Music is allowed very quietly until 10pm.
