WHAT ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN DO YOU OFFER?
Bewl Water has many activities to offer children, our most popular activity, our Aqua Park, can be booked at www.bewlwateraquapark.co.uk. We also run children’s parties with more information found at the following link.
HOW DO I BOOK KIDS PARTIES?
To book kids parties please email info@bewlwater.co.uk or call 01892 628472.
DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE?
Yes, families are able to hire bikes every day from 9am-5pm from March – October and 9am-4pm during October, prices as follows.
You can also hire rowing boats and pedalos from us during our high season from April – September at weekends and 7 days a week throughout August. Boats are available to hire from 11am- 5pm. See here for more information.
ARE ANY ACTIVITIES FREE OF CHARGE?
Yes, we have two adventure playgrounds which are open year round during our opening hours. We also run a free explorer activity with our treasure trail, maps can be picked up from the Waterfront Café.
IF WE PRE-BOOK THE AQUA PARK, KIDS’ PARTIES, DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?
No, your parking is included in your booking.
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM AGES FOR THE KIDS’ PARTIES?
For Laser Challenge parties all children must be at least 8 years old.
DO PARENTS HAVE TO SUPERVISE CHILDREN ON KIDS’ PARTIES OR KIDS’ CLUBS?
Providing that the children meet the minimum age requirements for the party, children will be supervised by the Bewl staff.
ARE THE SOFT LAY AND PLAYGROUNDS SUPERVISED?
Parents must supervise their children at all times in the play areas.
DO YOU OFFER SEASONAL ACTIVITIES?
Bewl also hosts many events throughout the year – please see our what’s on page for further details.
All of our staff are fully trained by experienced activity instructors and each is fully DBS checked.
Soft Play FAQ
HOW DO I BOOK?
You can book on our website by clicking the ‘Book Now’ button.
WHAT AGE IS THE SOFT PLAY SUITABLE FOR?
There are three different play structures in the soft play room; a low level area suitable for babies, a smaller area for children 2 – 8 and a large soft play area for children 3 – 8 year olds.
HOW MANY ADULTS CAN ATTEND A PRE BOOKED SOFT PLAY SESSION?
A maximum of 2 adults can attend per booking.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?
Each session lasts one hour, please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your session start time.
WHERE IS THE SOFT PLAY?
The Soft Play is in the Waterfront Café, the main building next to the car park.
DO YOU NEED TO PAY FOR ADULTS?
You do not need to pay for adults but the number of adults cannot exceed two per booking.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING?
Yes – Bewl Water is a pay and display car park, parking is £7 for the day and includes access to the adventure play areas, paths cycle routes and woodland paths. The pay and display machines take both cash and card.
IS THERE SOMEWHERE TO PURCHASE DRINKS AND SNACKS?
Yes – the soft play room is adjoined to the café that will be open at the same time.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
Only food and drink purchased at Bewl Water can be consumed in the soft play room.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HOST A PRIVATE PARTY IN THE SOFT PLAY ROOM?
Yes – please contact info@bewlwater.co.uk for further information on private hire.
DO YOU HAVE BABY CHANGING FACILITIES?
Yes – we have baby changing facilities in the same building as the Soft Play.
