The Waterside Bistro & Bar, with its stunning views over the water, is under new management and NOW OPEN on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 7pm. The Waterside Bistro & Bar offers evening visitors a gastro style menu. Starters include sharer boards, scallops and carpaccio of beef. Main courses include traditional beer battered cod and chips, luxury Waterside fish pie, pan-fried calves liver and local sausage and mash.
